Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

All items purchased and paid for in full will be shipped within 5 - 10 business days. 

During busy periods we will try our best to ship within the given time frame - any delays will be communicated clearly on the home page banner. 

CUSTOMS/VAT/TAX CHARGES:

The customer is responsible for paying all additional charges incurred as part of VAT/TAX/CUSTOM rules according to your country in order to accept packages.

All goods purchased will be shipped using the following:

UK orders - 1st Class Post - Royal Mail

International Orders - Standard International via Royal Mail.

Shipping Time Frames:

UK orders should arrive within one working week (5 business days) after dispatch. Often this time is shorter (1/2 business days). Some exceptions may apply over bank holiday and festive perionds.

ALL INTERNATIONAL orders should arrive within 2 - 4 weeks. * (this is an estimated time frame based on regularly shipped orders in the past)
